2. What we process and why

Waitlist

When you join the waitlist, we store the email address you enter and whether you arrived via an invite link. We use it for a single purpose: to send you one note when Trovely opens. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated advertising. You can ask us to delete your entry at any time.

Server logs

When the site is loaded, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, time, browser type) is processed briefly to keep the service running and secure.

3. Processors and third countries

We use carefully selected providers. Where data reaches third countries (e.g. the USA), we rely on appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses / Data Privacy Framework):

4. Cookies and statistics

Technically necessary storage

We store your cookie choice locally (localStorage) so the banner does not reappear. This is necessary for the function and does not require consent.

Statistics (Google Analytics) — consent only

For anonymised reach and usage measurement we use Google Analytics 4, which uses cookies or local storage. Google Analytics is only loaded after you have explicitly accepted in the cookie banner — before that, no analytics data is sent to Google. IP anonymisation is active and no advertising cookies are used.

You can withdraw or change your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. A withdrawal applies from the moment of the change.

5. Storage duration

We keep your waitlist entry until Trovely launches and you are notified, or until you ask us to delete it.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correction, deletion and portability of your data. Contact esteban@signex.ch. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

7. Data security

Transmission is encrypted (TLS). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The version published on this page applies.
